Our services are supplied either directly by ourselves or by one of our partners. Where a service is supplied by a partner that partner will handle the billing and payments must be made to the partner in accordance with the methods of payment they accept.
The partners we currently use are:
- Entanet - non-LLU ADSL and flat rate dialup services
- GoDaddy - US$ domains, hosting, certificates - note that we do not recommend this but provide it only to accomodate those customers who already have domains registered through this service. Please use our own domain registration and management service - see the link on our website front page.
Where a service is provided directly by UKFSN payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit Cards: Mastercard, VISA, Eurocard, American Express
Debit Cards : Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch/Maestro
You can also fund payments via PayPal from your bank account.
You can pay single invoices by bank transfer and recurring charges by bank direct debit. Please contact email@example.com for the necessary details.
We no longer accept cheque or postal order as a means of payment.
Consumers should be aware that all of the services we supply are provided immediately upon signup so the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply for the purpose of refunds.
Refunds may be given at the discretion of the Company Management
