MySQL Databases
All users are entitled to a MySQL database for their account. You can use this to make your website truly dynamic.Before you can use your MySQL database you will need to set it up. To do this you need to use the MyAccount facility - simple select the Add Database option from the menu on the left.
Once your MySQL database is set up you can use the phpMyAdmin facility at http://mysql.ukfsn.org to manage it.
You connect to your database within your scripts using localhost for the host. You are not authorised to connect to the database from any other system. We firewall the database service.
Those with a Hosting or Premium account are entitled to a separate MySQL database for each domain hosted with us
